About Me

Hello, I'm Louise and I'm a professionally qualified MBACP Counsellor and therapist. I have a passion for helping people navigate life's challenges on their journey towards achieving a greater sense of wellbeing and personal growth. I recognise how daunting it can be to take the first step towards seeking out support. I aim to help you feel at ease from the outset, offering a warm, safe space  for us to explore issues that may be affecting your life and ensure you feel understood, and supported throughout your journey.

As an integrative therapist I draw upon a range of proven therapeutic techniques (Person Centered, Psychodynamic, CBT, Transactional Analysis) which means I can apply my skills to fit your needs and individual experiences.  I work relationally, so building a strong therapeutic relationship is central to my practice and it's important to me you feel I'm the right therapist for you. My role is to support and assist you in feeling empowered, connected to yourself and others, and able to create positive, meaningful change or to gain acceptance with specific problems.

I provide one-to-one counselling for individuals seeking help with a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship problems, identity issues, grief and loss, low self-esteem, stress and relaxation.
